Today in Apush we had a sub so we didn't get any lecture notes done. Instead, we watched a Sister Wendy video on art post-WWII and filled in a chart on that. Then we got an assignment to make a timeline of foreign policies relating to isolationism during the Great Depression. Don't forget to finish your terms for the very LAST TERMS QUIZ TOMORROW. The second part of the take home test is also due tomorrow!

So no one posted this blog so I'm gonna review it. We had another substitute today and we had a terms quiz. We also turned in the takehome test and recieved antoher that is due to Ms. McCarron on monday. I hope everyone did well on the exam today! :)

Today in class we talked about the exam tomorrow and reviewed the court cases and got two handouts: one on important court cases and the other comparing Jeffersonianism versus Jacksonianism. Be sure to be at the armory by atleast 7:30 and don't forget you're getting a unit test grade for your behavior at the exam! Good luck!

Today we had our last terms quiz!! We also turned in the take home test and got assigned another one that is due to class on Monday. Also on Monday our textbooks are due at the beginning of class for a test grade worth 100 points! Don't forget your book or Tuesday's will only be worth 75 points. We missed you in class today Ms. McCarron!

Today in class we looked at some strategies to write an appropriate A.P. US History DBQ. Then to try out some of the things we went over, we used our Franklin D. Roosevelt essay and turned it into a DBQ and incorporated documents. The exam is in two days so I hope everyone is prepared! Remember that your DBQ should consist of outside information with documents to help explain the outside information, no point of view or grouping! Also keep working on your take home test that is due Monday and remember to bring your textbook on Monday as well.

EXAM
Today was the exam. Hope it went well. Apush 2011. The take home test was also due today, but since no one was in class I guess everyone should just turn it in the next day they get back from their exams. Also bring in your books (that's kind of important)

Sean did a great job. It is very importnat that everyone bring their books in on monday. Those are easy grade points people. other than that, Good job Sean. see everyone monday. Hope everyone did great on the exam.
