I came by to review for today and yesterday but I guess I will just stop back in tomorrow :)
today we continued to work on the summarization of the Mexican war sheet, and we finished watching the movie about the gold rush. Terms notebooks are due tomorrow. Lincoln boys soccer game thursday night. everybody come out.

Tuesday, Feb. 2
We worked on a handout that the substitute gave us to work on. After a couple minutes working on that, we watched some more of the gold rush movie.
P.S. don't forget terms are due on Thursday!

I think that both of the people who blogged for today did a good job summarizing what we did in class. There was also a reminder about the terms notebook that is due tomorrow in class which is good. Not much really to add to two great posts. Study for your quiz and remember...history rules!

We had a sub today, again. We did the quiz on terms list #15. Afterwards, we did some work out of that smaller book for the rest of the period. I'm not really sure what the book's called.
P.S. Mrs. McCarron is coming back tomorrow so be on your best behavior children!

Since there isn't a post for today for me to review, I will just summarize what we did in class today. We disussed the settlement of the Texas area and the conflicts that arose from the declaration of independence of Texas. Remember that our next terms list is due on Tuesday and the next guy's soccer game is against chiles on Tuesday.

No Sunday posts yet but I will go ahead and post a reminder to everyone: you should be well into your terms because tomorrow is our last work day before the terms quiz on Tuesday! There are 24 terms this list so if you haven't started you'd better get a move on!! Hope everyone had fun this weekend :)

Monday, February 2
Today, we talked about the Mexican War, filling out a flow chart that detailed individual events and laid out the scheme of the war. Terms quiz this Thursday on Chapter 16! The subject is the Crisis of Reconstruction on pages 477-509. Don't forget about it!
Wednesday, February 3
We had a substitute teacher today, and watched a video. Mrs. McCarron will be coming back in 2 days. Do those terms!
