Today in class we took notes on Democratization in 1824, and Andrew Jackson. We also made mushroom clouds in our notebooks that we were going to use as graphic organizers but unfortunatley we ran out of time. I would reccomend checking with a friend so you can get these valuable notes. I would also reccomend to check Ms.McCarrons website so you can find helpful information about history fair, and process papers.
Today we talked about history fair and process papers the entire class. Several topics we discussed are that an annotated bibliography is included in the process paper. Sticking on the subject of the bibliography we are supposed to have at least 20 sources 7 of which must be primary, and only 5 may be from the internet. For more information on these two subjects I would consult the lovley lavander or even more helpful Ms. McCarrons website.
Good job on the blogging Chris. Remember that the final bib is also due with the process paper on thursday and you need three copies of each along with a cover page for all three.
Today in class we had a long dicussion about the ins ans outs of history fair. The process paper was due today so i hope you turned that in! Also we talked about how History Fair is judged, what needs to be on your exhibit (if you're doing one), and how you can put anything extra needed or check on your project before the judges get there on Thursday morning. The final project is due BEFORE school on Monday, so get to work! Good luck!
Today in class we dicussed the importance of elections from 1824-1840. We looked at a chart which showed the increase in the percentage of votes and Ms. McCarron wanted us to find reasons why.
Don't forget that HISTORY FAIR is due MONDAY!!!! Get to work pronto!!! Good luck everyone! :)
andrew campanile reviewing friday january 22. that was informative blog and although this is a second review i thought people should know that they can pick up their projects from mrs mcarrons room after history fair and to do the work early. when you wait too long you always have more work than you planned time for.

Sami, I love your attitude in your blogs! It's too bad you didn't mention statistics about how girls cannot read graphs.
