We picked up two handouts at the door 1)lavendar packet:contains history fair information and due dates 2) Unit summary sheet.
Next we had 25 min. to finish our DBQ metaphor/analogy with our group members and then turned it in. We spent the remaider of the period going over history fair information and the lavendar packet.

We started off by going over any questions about history fair and the lavendar packet. We then had lecture notes about the Boston Tea Party and the suspension of the Broken Noyage by Britain in order to keep the East India Tea Company from going under. This meant that ships did not have to stop in Britain and pay a tariff which caused the price of British tea to drop below the price of other teas.
Don't forget: history fair theme sheet due tommorrow!!!!

M. Bowcutt - 2nd period

We turned in the interest sheets for the history fair when we came in the door. Today we got into our groups again for the Document Information. Organizing the Documents was key today. We worked on the ribbon sheet (which is due tommorrow) and the analogy sheet. The quiz is tomorrow, so study!

Michael Bowcutt - period 2

This week we had the quiz on chapter 7 (terms list #8) on Tuesday, there was a ribbon sheet for document analysis also due on Tuesday. A graphic analogy was due on Wednesday, and Assignment #2 for History Fair was due on Thursday. The test will be next Thursday, and the unit summary sheet goes along with it. The notes we took were on pre-revolutionary times. Work on the History Fair assignment #3.
