Today in APUSH we talked more about the Cold War.
"the enemy of my enemy is my friend"
We watched clips of the bombing of the World Trade Center and talked about other acts done by Al Qaeda. We learned about the US involvement in the Persian Gulf Wars.
Remember: Quiz tomorrow and terms are due.

We took the quiz on terms list 3, chapters 30, 31, and 32.
terms were collected.
we received a copy of exerpts JFK's
speech from which we had to choose an exerpt and fill out the primary document sheet.
We got our Genesis log in information, as well.
REMEMBER: take home unit test due tomorrow!

Today there were chocolates on the desk, this was to celebrate Hershey's birthday(which is 9/13). We had an activity about JFK's New Frontier, where we picked up pieces of paper with goals and what was done/the effects he wanted to or did achieve. We arranged them on the board. She showed us the correct arrangement on the projector and we copied it into our Lecture Notebooks.
The Take Home Test part C was collected today. Don't forget that terms are due Tuesday for Chapter 2 page 23+.

Remember: terms are due Tuesday, bring your cell phone! Mccaron threatened a referral for insubordination if it wasnt in the basket!!!
