Today we had two pick ups when we walked into class. One was background on the "Dr. Strangelove: or: How I learned to stop Worrying and Love the Bomb." The other was qestions to go along with the movie.
While we were watching the movie, Ms. McCarron called people up to her desk to tell them what they were missing and needed to make up.

Remember the personal Letter of Recommendation is due tomorrow in class and to do your make up work! Friday will be our last day together.

Everything April said is correct. However, if for some reason you turned in the Letter of Recommendation on Monday, you will need to submit the Academic Resume tomorrow. Everything that you do will need to be typed.

On Monday we turned in either our academic resume Or letter of recommendation and received a progress report. Then we discussed grades and when we can make-up some assignments. Then on this green sheet of paper we folded it into sections and then answered questions dealing with why we want to go to college and what colleges we want to go to. Remember that the academic resume or letter of Recommendation is due on Wednesday.

Today we turned in our Letters of Recommendation or our Academic Resume.
We were also notified that we have to be in 2nd period on the exam day (Thursday afternoon). Check your attendance record and stay tuned for more news about the exam day.
We will finish the movie tomorrow and the questions will be due.

Remember to check your grades and get any zeros fixed ASAP

Everything April listed is correct, good job! I can't think of anything else that needs to be addressed.
In class today, we had a lovely discussion over the exam period on Tuesday. Additionally, if you do not have an exam for first period, the second period exam will start at 9:30AM sharp. Ms. McCarron will have a sub in there for attendance.

Today we were given these permission slips that granted us the privilege of not coming to class next Thursday. Make sure you get your parents to sign those tonight because they are due tomorrow. After that we continued watching Dr. Strangelove. Tomorrow is the last day we will be attending that class. YaY!

Well, it is the End of APUSH for us. Hope everyone turned in their exemption forms on Friday so they would not get marked down as absent on Thursday. Ms. McCarron shook and told everyone who was their on Friday that is was a pleasure to have us in her class for the 2011-2012 School Year. This Might be the last blog for our class. Just want to let everyone know that your exam grade for APUSH will be mailed to you on the Third week in July. Hope everyone did great on the exam. Well everyone have a great Summer and we will see you in AP Gov & Econ in the 2012-2013 School Year.

Good job Kaleb with listing everything. The permission slips were due friday. If you did not hand them in, then you must come to class!
