WELCOME Mr. Johnson (Intern from FAMU)
Today in class we lectured on:
-Tariff Battle

**REMINDER** Quiz on Terms list #16
The list that we got off of schoology.com said they were due on 1/25 but we were notified today that the quiz is tomorrow (1/24).

Today in class we had a Quiz on Terms List # 16! We picked up the remotes and some DBQ Documents when we got in class.
We turned in our notebooks, and took the Quiz. Then when we were done we did the activity associated with the DBQ Documents we received at the beginning of class. At the end of the period it was collected.
**REMINDER** Everybody who has not turned in their history fair project, process paper, essay, etc. needs to work on it to get it turned in with not late penalty.

Sorry guys, the comment I posted last night didn't go through. BUT...
We spent a long time discussing proper title page format for the History Fair project. If you do not include a title page, and put a header at the top of your paper, you will get an F.
We also discussed DEMOCRATIZAAATION during the Jacksonian Era.

Today in class we wrote essays in small groups regarding democratization of the Jacksonian Era. The essays were completed, typed, and turned in during class.

Review Blog for Tuesday, January 24, 2012.
After the quiz we worked on DBQ documents. The assignment was to make a timeline of the events and outside knowledge, as well as make bullet points of the literal and outside information for each document.
April did a great job posting about what happened for both Monday and Tuesday!

Make sure to have the correct format for your Process Paper, with the title about 1/3 down the paper and your division, category and name(alpha order) at the bottom right hand corner. No double spacing or crazy fonts and sizes.

Don't forget to study for the test on Tuesday the 31st, Unit 5 Test and if you have not, don't forget to read up on the civil war because Ms. McCarron said parts of it will be on there.
