Today we reviewed our essays that were written last Tuesday, before break. The blue books were passed back and students used a highlighter to locate information throughout their essays as instructed by Ms. McCarron. The third of a sheet that was to be picked up at the beginning of the class period when students walked in was then used in a peer review portion of the essays. Most did not finish the peer reviewing. *If you were absent for the quiz and essay last Tuesday, you should be there Wednesday after school to make up both.
Reminders: there is a quiz tomorrow (ID terms list eleven), so be prepared! Remember that the grade received for the quiz is the same grade that will be given for the notebook. Also, keep on top of history fair.
Today students took the quiz for terms list eleven. Terms notebooks were collected at the end of class. After the quiz students were to use their terms notebooks (if necessary) to fill out the spaces on the document sheet picked up at the beginning of class, identifying content and outside information for both documents.
Reminder: If you have not turned in any of the History Fair assignments, Do So As Soon As Possible. Some points are always better then none. **The Final Product (DBQ) for History Fair this 9 weeks will be due on Thursday December 8th.**

Friday, 12/2 Beverly Howard, 2 I guess nobody blogged for Friday. But in class, we presented our images of court cases to each of the different groups, and took notes on them. Remember if you were assigned extra credit to create your image so that it can be used for a visual quiz!
Nobody blogged for this date either. Remember to do your extra credit if you have been assigned, and if you are doing your assignment by hand, make sure it can be xeroxed! Also, there will be no quiz next week, but it would be best to start on your history fair as soon as possible, because it is due soon!
