L. Mindlin I'm supposed to review, but as there are no posts, I'll just give a reminder. Summary sheets came out today so remember to finish them and the timeline by Friday. The review is either tonight or tomorrow online. Study for the test!
I'm also supposed to review this week, but I don't see any posts, so....
Everyone there is a unit test friday, so make sure you fill out your summary sheets, they actually help! Review for this test guys.... it could either kill or seriously help your current grade!
Stay strong only two more days until spring break, you can do it!!!
Sorry about the delay. We got a lecture about the different unions in this period. We also talked about the test and when it was going to be. It was decided that it is going to be on Friday, so don't forget about that.
Today we first had a little discussion on the census that we are supposed to do and how we were supposed to fill out that little card. We also had a lecture today.
There's a test on Friday. Also, don't forget to actually do stuff for the Great Gatsby party which is on Friday as well.
Good job summarizing our discussion on the Census Card from our fourth period classes. I liked how you brought up an important reminder from another class. Good job!
J. Rosenthal I apologize for the lateness of this blog, hopefully it will be able to help someone as I fill in the blanks for our group.
Tuesday, March 23
Today we had a lecture concerning the teemsters, unions (and what they fought for), as well as vertical/horizontal integration and Social Darwinism as it applies to the American Industrial Revolution. Don't forget to study and complete the summary sheets/timelines for Unit Test 7 on Friday.
Thursday, March 25 Another lecture was given to us today concerning the strikes by unions during the gilded age, the meaning of the term "gilded age", ("A rotten birdcage that is gilded will look good on the outside"-Mark Twain)as well as the definition of a scab worker. Don't forget about the review session online tonight, and that the summary sheet/timeline is due Friday. Unit Test 7 TOMORROW!!!
Friday, March 26 Unit Test 7 today. The good news is that we don't have any work for a while. Have a good spring break, and remember to start creating a study plan and implementing it for the APUSH exam. It is on May 7!!!
Sunday, April 4 Hopefully everyone had a fun and PRODUCTIVE spring break (filled with APUSH of course). Get ready for Unit 8! We will be starting that on Monday. Let's start the 4th nine weeks right!

I was supposed to review the blog this week but no one has left any posts yet, so I guess I'll try back later.
