Monday, 9/14 Linda Infinger, 2 Chapter 30-32 Take home test part B was due today, some people turned it in even though Mrs. McCarron was not at school today. In class some students worked on terms and others worked on a summary sheet that was given by the sub. The summary sheet should be due the 21st but I am not 100% sure. Don't forget terms list 3 is due tomorrow!
Phillip Isenberg, 2 Monday, 9/14. Many people however, did not turn in the take home test today b/c we thought that it was due on the 15th. The summery sheetis very confusing.
Wednesday, 9/16 Michael Hoffman Ch. 30-32 We had some lady for a sub today. she was We watched a movie on some civil rights stuff and JFK and answered some questions on a work sheet. We got our terms list for the next chapter and its also a new unit i guess cause it has stuff like mayflower and jamestown. We all missed Ms Mccarron very much and hope her smiling face will be back tomorrow to brighten our days!!
Thursday, 9/17 Linda Infinger,2 Ch.2:The Rise of Atlantic World,1400-1625 Mrs. McCarron was absent again today and we took a Constitution quiz because it was Constitution Day in all of the history classes. Don't forget the next ID Terms are due the 22!
Sunday, September 20 Julian Havlicak 2nd Period The next Terms List is due on Tuesday the 22nd and that will also be the day of the quiz for that list. The quiz on Tuesday will not be done electronically I think but rather, on paper like we did last week. Also, tomorrow we will discuss what to do with that big summary sheet. Hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready for another great week of school! Yeah!
Tuesday, 9/15 Shelby Grossman, 2 Chapter 30-32 I apologize that this comment is so late, I was a bit confused about whether or not to post this week with all of the confusion. Seeing that no one ended up posting on Tuesday, here is what we missed.
On Tuesday we DID take our terms quiz for List 3, however, we did not turn in our notebooks. We were scheduled to watch a movie for the remainder of the period but because we faced a few technical difficulties, we got into groups and answered the movie questions on our own with help from the textbook. On Tuesday we turned in our "movie questions" and they were handed back to us the next day.
Sunday, 9/20 Shelby Grossman, 2 Chapter 30-32 This weekend we all should have been working on both our terms lists and our summary sheets. Although the summary sheet is still very confusing, we have been advised to start mapping out what the most important events of the different category's are. However, this sheet is NOT due tomorrow! We are going to be talking in class about what is going to be due when, including our terms, notebooks, and summary sheets.
Hope everyone had a great weekend and, to those it may apply, a Happy Rosh Hashanah!!
