Today there were two pick ups at the door that listed our assignments for the rest of the year and explained the super hero project that is due next week. We turned in Part C of the Unit Ten take home test and then bubbled our answers from part A,B, and C onto a scantron. We then discussed the APUSH exam last friday (what we liked, did not like, what we wish we had done to study, etc.) and we each got cracker jacks for participating in this discussion. Our next assignment is the Alumni registration, due on thursday, 5/14.

Today there was one pick up at the door (the yellow sheet). Because most of us will be absent tomorrow for AP exams, we spent the class time discussing the assignment on the green sheet we picked up Monday--the resume rubric. We talked about the difference between a resume and a vida and the requirements of both. The Alumni registration is due Thursday, 5/14!!

The Lang and Art History exams were today, so no one was in APUSH class.

Reminder: Alumni Registration is due tomorrow!

Today there weren't any pick ups at the door; however, we took out our gold sheet from Tuesday and folded it so that it made four separate squares. In each square we wrote a question (relating to college) such as "What do we wish to achieve academically?" and wrote down our individual answers. Once we completed the four squares we turned in the gold sheet.

REVIEW

Tuesday: Leila summed up our day. I'll explain the assignment that was discussed. The resume is for academics so be sure that the academics are of the greatest importance, after that put the other catagories in importance to you.(such as sports before community service because you didn't do much for the community)

Thursday: Leila covered everything. More questions on the gold sheet include "What do you want from the community?", "What major do you want?", and "What extra curricular activities do you want?".
