Progressive Reform
Materials Distributed: Study sheet for test, and essay helper
Today we worked on and wrote an essay due at the end of class, about the progressive reforms.
Important dates: Test Friday, Quiz Tuesday, and shirt designs due Wednesday(?)

Imperialism

Today we sketched and annotated a political cartoon, and took notes on "Imperialism" in America. 1890 is an important year because it is the beginning of the decade (census) closed frontier.Jingoism, availability of Africa, new markets, and nationalism were key subjects mentioned.
Important Dates: Test Friday, Quiz Tuesday, and Shhirts tomorrow

This is all correct. The shirt designs will be able to be judged on next monday. Though there was no quiz on tuesday and the study session is thursday night. The test is Friday.
