Monday, 11/24/08 Charlene Kormondy, period 2 Today in class we watched a movie called "Blacks in America: Brotherly Love" and filled out a worksheet that corresponded with the film. We got our graded lecture notebooks back and createed a Unit 5 page titled "The Antebellum Era" (1820-1861), term lists 10, 11, and 12. We turned in history fair sheets, which will also be collected tomorrow. Terms quiz 11 is tomorrow(remember that your quiz grade will be your notebook grade).
Sunday, 11/30/08 Georgia Mitchell, Period 2 Our DBQ question, Blue Ribbon Thesis and Outline are due tomorrow, December 1. Look in your "Lovely Lavender" for the Blue Ribbon Thesis and Outline. Terms List #12 is due Tuesday, December 2, and the quiz for Terms List #12 is Tuesday as well. We will probably complete the film "Blacks in America: Brotherly Love" and finish the worksheet tomorrow in class. Over the break, we were supposed to work on our terms list and gather history fair sources for our DBQ.
